NPD Scientist - Analytical Development (8-15 yrs)

The primary purpose of the Analytical Scientist role is to develop and validate analytical methods for testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. This ensures that our products meet regulatory and quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to analytical methods and instrumentation, as well as staying updated with the latest advancements in analytical science.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver consumer centric solutions.
Total Experience: 8 - 15 years
The role has the following key deliverables:- Develop and validate analytical methods for the testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of samples to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including formulation, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analytical activities and experiments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical science and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the development process.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior scientists and other team members.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:- Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field from reputed institutions
- Minimum 5-6 yrs of proven experience in Analytical science , preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in analytical method development and validation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy
