About the role
This person will be responsible for leading the analytics framework and projects using Business Intelligence Tools driving new support requests from stakeholders from Demand, Supply and Logistics Teams.
The person will report to Demand, Supply and Logistics Lead.
Key responsibilities
- Must be able to drive different analytics initiatives in close collaboration with the functional teams
- Collaborate and drive different supply chain projects needing appropriate analytics support
- Provide ad-hoc analytics support to Supply Chain team for different supply chain review meetings
- Provide need-based training on benchmarking, assessment & diagnostics tools
- Research on innovative and economical technologies to expand the team's analytics portfolio
- Manage requests to create Power Apps applications, Power Bi and Excel reports for ad-hoc projects while providing post development technical support
- Mentoring the team members on analytics tools and topics
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- MBA with 4-6 years of Experience preferably from Tier-1 College
- Past experience in Consumer Health care industry/CPG industry is mandatory
- Proven track record of using data to analyse and drive action points out it
- Demonstrates understanding of core Supply and Demand Planning functions
Preferred
- Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or similar role
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to use Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Working level knowledge around Supply Chain fundamentals is essential
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, data visualization and analytics
