Job Title: Expert Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to support expert operations to deliver at pace and with excellence. This critical role involves working with business development, commercial excellence, sales force effectiveness, and customer marketing teams for the expert function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the pharma and FMCG sectors, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Sales Operations Management:
- Ensure coordination and implementation comprehensive expert sales strategies to enable company revenue and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the field and corporate expert teams to drive execution excellence and high-performance.
Business Development & Commercial Excellence:
- Work with the lead and cross functions to drive business through innovative business development strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational excellence initiatives and sales force effectiveness programs.
Execution of Expert Marketing plans:
- Support in Development and execution HCP engagement campaigns/ programs in partnership with the Expert Marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and HCP engagement.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to draw market/ competition insights and drive effective HCP segmentation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Field Expert teams, SFE, Expert GTM, Expert Marketing, and other commercial teams.
- Drive collaboration between functions/ sub-functions. Ensure alignment of expert sales activities with overall business strategies and priorities.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Monitor expert sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA / Post graduation in relevant field
- Proven experience in General trade/modern trade/ expert sales, commercial excellence, and sales force effectiveness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High accountability and purpose driven
