Key Responsibilities: The Business Support Process Excellence Manager which is a part of Global Finance Services is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. He / She is accountable for the development and implementation of process improvements and the tracking of associated benefits and business value created. He / She will play a critical role in helping organizations to achieve their strategic goals by improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Project / Change Management: - Implement projects to optimize processes by adopting industry-leading practices. - Develop comprehensive implementation plans for each project, which encompass defining the scope, identifying stakeholders, establishing timelines, and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs). - Stakeholder Management, Collaboration & Communication: - Present and communicate the narrative and presentations effectively, utilizing visuals, storytelling techniques, and relevant data. - Facilitate and oversee the productive partnership between the business and technology teams. Drive transformative initiatives to improve processes organization-wide, extending beyond any specific department. - Effectively manage stakeholders, promote collaboration, and ensure open lines of communication. Spearhead communication and coordination with technology teams. - Work alongside management to determine strategic approaches, define scope & plan for new initiatives or projects. - Participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication and alignment. - Process Excellence & Improvement: - Drive continuous process improvements. - Conduct data analysis, compile summaries, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions. - Prepare comprehensive reports & summaries outlining the outcomes of process improvement initiatives. - Identify, leverage and integrate technology to support process enhancement endeavors. Key Qualification: - A minimum of 3-8 years of relevant work experience - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBI, and other visualization tools - Strong project and change management abilities, with certification in project management. Behaviors: - Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset. - Capable of effectively planning for and managing multiple competing demands and priorities. - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the steps necessary to initiate, implement, and engage in a significant organizational change effort that involves multiple stakeholders within a matrix environment. - Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex global setting and effectively solve intricate business and process challenges. - Experience in collaborating with various internal teams and third-party stakeholders. - Proficient in making informed and decisive decisions.
