KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
- Educate key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India specific usage and practices, and coach them through specific issues/activities.
- Support Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query / issues processes & resolution.
- Advise business leaders.
- Partner Collaboration with associations: Local Chapters. E.g., Guideline s creation & dissemination.
- Representation in local events (i.e., CMEs; TOT; Advisory Boards) .
- Insight generation from HCPs. E.g., Routine interactions & HCP surveys
- The MSL will have to work on developing a strong network of KOLs , Provide support to the clinical trials and to the investigator engagement.
