- Lead annual compensation review processes, including increments, promotions, and variable pay.
- Conduct competitor compensation surveys and analyze industry compensation practices.
- Ensure internal equity and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage and optimize Compensation & Benefits modules in Darwinbox HRMS.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on compensation decisions.
- Partner with HRBP and leadership teams to support talent retention and engagement strategies.
- Maintain strong industry connections and market intelligence to stay updated on compensation trends.
