Job Description:
The Senior Manager / Associate Director will be the head of Social Media/Creative/Brand team - responsible for strategy, execution, and growth across digital channels, influencer marketing, video, design, and content. This leader will manage the Central Creative team, collaborate with Regional Creative teams at experience centres, and ensure alignment across departments (performance marketing, offline marketing, website, HR/management).
This is a leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision, creative excellence, and operational rigor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging content for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), with a proven ability to drive engagement and brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and content creation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Own and drive the end-to-end social media & creative & brand strategy for HairOriginals (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, campaigns).
2) Partner with leadership to define and achieve KPIs for brand visibility, engagement etc.
3) Provide coaching, mentorship, and management to build a high-performing creative team (designers, content writers, video editors, graphic dsigners etc.)
4) Coordinate with Store Managers (Regional team) to ensure continuous inflow of high-quality local content.
5) Offline Marketing: Support with event creatives, videos, and collaterals while ownership remains with offline lead.
6) Website: Deliver design & content support for website updates, landing pages, and campaigns.
7) Performance Marketing: Collaborate with team to deliver performance-driven ad creatives (highest priority).
8) Define and enforce social media guardrails: brand voice, design system, video style, influencer tone.
9) Ensure storytelling aligns with core brand values (Premium, Ethical, Customer-Delight, Empowerment).
10) Innovate content pillars: Transformations, Education, Influencer Collaborations, Campaigns, Community Stories.
11) Set performance benchmarks for influencer ROI, content engagement, lead conversions, and organic channel growth.
12) Review analytics dashboards, track KPIs, and present reports to CXO/leadership with actionable insights.
13) Continuously optimize creative strategy based on performance data.
Required Skill Set:
1) 8-12 years of experience in social media marketing, content, or creative brand leadership roles.
2) Proven track record of scaling brand presence on IG, YouTube, and other social platforms.
3) Strong understanding of influencer marketing, video content, and paid media creative strategy.
4) Experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams (design, video, content, influencer).
5) Ability to balance creativity and analytics - storytelling with performance-driven mindset.
6) Excellent stakeholder management - able to collaborate with multiple departments.
7) Visionary yet hands-on - can set strategy but also dive into execution when needed.
8) Creative storyteller with an eye for premium aesthetics.
9) Data-driven decision maker who ties creativity to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
