Job Summary:

Hair Originals is hiring a Marketplace Manager who can independently own and scale the brand's presence across all major marketplaces. This role is for a self-driven individual contributor who can manage strategy and execution end-to-end without a team.

You'll be responsible for growth, operations, ads, listings, inventory, and performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end marketplace business across all platforms

- Independently manage seller panels, catalog, pricing, and promotions

- Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings (SEO, creatives)

- Plan & execute ads and deals (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, campaign calendars)

- Track and improve sales, ROAS, margins, and rankings

- Manage inventory forecasting, stock planning, and replenishment

- Handle order issues, returns, ratings, and seller health metrics

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, warehouse, finance) as needed

- Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and category movements

- Prepare performance reports and growth plans for leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8+ years of hands-on marketplace management

- Proven experience managing marketplaces

- Strong knowledge of Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra)

- Experience in Beauty / Hair / Personal Care / D2C preferred

- Expertise in marketplace ads, listing SEO, and promotions

- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)

- High ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
