Head - HR Operations Job Responsibility: 1. Responsible for handling employee overall HR operations (Employee Life Cycle Management). 2. Responsible for Implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. 3. Responsible for Co-coordinating with finance team for budget preparation and tracking budget vs Actual on monthly basis. 4. Responsible for timely submission of provision of salary, variable pay and other component of salary. 5. Ensuring monthly budget vs actual analysis of pay-out and sharing the report to management on time. 6. Responsible for 100% statutory compliances for staff and shop floor employees. 7. Responsible for managing; employee, PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc., on time and provide support to employees as and when required. 8. Responsible for managing overall shift schedule, leave and attendance management for across level of employees and sharing daily attendance and manpower report to management. 9. Responsible for managing HR ONE employee self-service portal and workday management on regular basis and maintain data accuracy. 10. Ensuring timely adherence of employee status management (Employee Transfer/Confirmation/Probation/ Letters) 11. Responsible for timely execution for Employee exit formalities and F&F settlement as per policy. 12. Responsible for HR System, payroll, attendance and other statutory audit and get the closer incase on any NC or OFI. 13. Ensuring timely redressal of employee grievances and providing support as required. 14. Responsible for initiating various C&B Projects in line with HO and HQ and implement best benefit practices.
