Apply now to be part of our success story!!!   For a detailed job description, see below:  Client Relations:  - Gather information from clients to develop a detailed understanding of the nature and culture of their businesses.   - Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact and reviewing our service to ensure it exceeds expectations.   - Follow-ups with clients for regular updates on the status on the candidates presented   - Develop strategies tailored to individual client requirement  Candidate Relations:  - Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements using HackerEarth platform and database  - Developing and managing a candidate pool  - Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references & campus.  - Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates  - Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed candidates  - Communicating upcoming events to an identified pool of candidates.
