Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (B2B) Brand & Market Expansion. Location: Jaipur, India. Department: Sales & Marketing. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager with a strong brand management acumen to drive market expansion, lead generation, and brand positioning in the B2B IT sector. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with presentations, brand videos, and creative campaigns while effectively collaborating with stakeholders, design teams, and creative agencies. Experience in the US and European markets is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Product Marketing & Lead Generation - Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and market penetration. - Define and implement lead-generation initiatives to support sales and business growth. - Craft compelling messaging and positioning strategies tailored for B2B audiences. - Work on product collaterals, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and whitepapers. Brand Management & Content Creation - Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels. - Develop engaging content, including brand videos, sales presentations, and promotional materials. - Work closely with the design team and creative agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. Market Expansion & Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning. - Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and optimizing existing ones. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies. - Engage with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives. - Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. Event Marketing & Experience - Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to drive brand awareness. - Develop event marketing strategies, including promotional content and post-event follow-ups. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and audience engagement. Marketing Tools & Analytics - Utilize tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Mailchimp for marketing campaigns and design. - Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI. - Provide data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness. Requirements: - 4-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in IT or SaaS. - Strong experience in brand positioning, stakeholder management, and creative marketing. - Proven track record of successful lead generation and market expansion initiatives. - Hands-on experience with brand videos, presentations, and creative marketing assets. - Knowledge of US and European B2B markets is good-to-have. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience working with design teams, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in marketing tools like Powerpoint, Canva, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
