Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B sales, targeting key industries and high-potential market segments

- Own the complete sales lifecycle including hunting, pitching, solutioning, and execution

- Maintain a strong and consistent sales funnel to ensure predictable revenue

- Achieve individual sales targets as well as drive the team to meet collective revenue goals, especially for digital gift vouchers

Enterprise Sales Growth:

- Drive enterprise sales by identifying, engaging, and closing large corporate accounts

- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across industries

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop long-term client partnerships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Market Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis

- Identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and areas for differentiation

Sales Funnel Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

- Ensure efficiency, transparency, and consistency in the sales process

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align sales strategies with product offerings

- Provide market feedback to influence product innovation and go-to-market strategies

Qualifications & Skill Set:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 12+ years of proven experience in B2B and enterprise sales within:

- Fintech / Payments, Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards, Loyalty & Rewards Platforms, and Retail / E- commerce ecosystems

- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets

- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal negotiations

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
