
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee our e-commerce Operations with strong emphasis on inventory management, automation, client handling, order management, stock forecasting, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Stock Management:
- Oversee comprehensive inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business demands & minimize costs.
- Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to predict inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, & sales projections.
- Create strategies to avoid stock-outs and overstock scenarios, improving efficiency and profitability.
2. Order Management:
- Streamline and optimize order management processes to ensure accurate & timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve order-related issues promptly.
3. Automation and Process Improvement:
- Leverage technology to automate key operational processes, enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Continuously analyze workflows and implement process improvements to optimize operational performance.
4. Operational Efficiency and Reporting:
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, outlining operational performance, challenges, and solutions.
5. External Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external brands and clients to drive collaboration and align with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external partners, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
6. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide clear direction, set performance goals, and drive team motivation to achieve organizational objectives.
