HR Head will oversee all HR operations, aligning people strategies with business goals, driving TA, Employee Engagement, and OD, while ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performance culture in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with company objectives. Below are the key responsibilities:

1. Talent & Performance Management: Drive high-performance culture by implementing agile PMS, ensuring regular, actionable feedback, and enabling managers to coach and develop talent effectively.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: workforce planning, and retention strategies to attract top talent, support business growth, and reduce employee turnover.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by strengthening manager-employee relations

4 Compensation and Benefits:

Design & manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market alignment.

5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations, develop and enforce HR policies to minimize legal risks.

6. HR Metrics and Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and data to evaluate program effectiveness, deliver actionable insights on workforce trends and engagement to senior leadership, and prepare comprehensive reports on HR performance and key indicators.
