Gyftr is looking for an experienced and visionary to join our team.
He/ she will lead the strategic direction and execution of all organizational marketing initiatives. This includes developing and incorporating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. He/she will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced marketing technologies, and significantly impact our organization's growth trajectory.
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Brand & Communication Strategy:
a. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy.
b. Oversee brand messaging across all platforms.
c. Manage public relations strategy and maintain relationships with media outlets
2. Performance Marketing
a. Lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic and affiliate platforms.
b. Monitor and drive customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
c. Collaborate with product & data teams to improve conversion rates and user funnel efficiency.
3. Retention & CRM
a. Own lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty.
b. Use email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and loyalty programs to engage the user base.
c. Build segmentation strategies using user behavior and cohort analysis.
4. Creative & Content Strategy
a. Oversee creative development across performance creatives, branding, product launches, etc.
b. Supervise photo/video shoots, content calendar, influencer partnerships, and storytelling campaigns.
5. PR & Media Relations
6. Agency & Partner Management
a. Manage media, creative, PR, and influencer agencies
b. Track agency performance and maintain cost-efficient collaboration.
7. Marketing Analytics & Budgeting
- Own the marketing budget and deliver ROI across.
- Regularly analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
