Job Description :
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance metrics and insights to achieve KPIs.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Conduct landing page optimization, ad copy testing, and other initiatives to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor spending and performance closely, adjusting budgets as needed to optimize results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance marketing
techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
