Job Description :


As a Performance Marketer at PagarBook, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital marketing channels.


You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve key business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Campaign Strategy and Execution:


- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.


- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.


- Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance metrics and insights to achieve KPIs.


- Data Analysis and Optimization:


- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


- Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.


- Collaborate with the analytics team to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):


- Implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel.


- Conduct landing page optimization, ad copy testing, and other initiatives to maximize conversion efficiency.


- Budget Management:


- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for ROI.


- Monitor spending and performance closely, adjusting budgets as needed to optimize results.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work closely with the product team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and product features.


- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets.


Qualifications:


- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and user acquisition.


- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.


- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance marketing

techniques.


- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through digital marketing efforts.
