Job Description: Manage end to end domestic upskilling loan operations including but not limited to: a) Monitoring and ensuring TAT is being met for all the loan applications b) Handle queries/resolve escalations of the internal team and partners c) Ensure collection is being done on priority if loans become delinquent coordinate with all the stakeholders including partners, and clear the same d) Manage the entire team of customer executives and ensure performance from them. Monitor their performance on daily basis. e) Ensure the team reaches the set targets on monthly basis. Coordinate with senior management on priority and partners, in the case on a weekly / daily basis the required numbers are not being hit to achieve the monthly targets. f) Collect tech/ops/policy-related feedback from internal team, partners and discuss, coordinate with the internal team to improve efficiency and performance. Ideal Candidate: - Past experience in a similar or related role of at least 2 to 3 years - Past experience and proven track record of successfully managing team and operations - Excellent communication skills - Can work 6 days a week - Can use excel for day-to-day excel analysis. Should know VLOOKUP, pivot, match, if-else, and other basic excel formulas
