About the Organization:

EMRI Green Health Services is a leading organization delivering large-scale emergency response and public healthcare services in partnership with State Governments. Our key projects include 112, 108, 102, 1962 and other government service initiatives, operated under the PPP and tender-based project model.

Role Purpose:

The State Head will provide overall leadership for the organization's operations within the state, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale, multi-location operations and ensure achievement of service and organizational goals.

- Drive effective delivery of projects in line with agreed SLAs, government agreements, and tender requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with State Government, district administration, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Lead, develop, and engage a large and diverse workforce while building a high-performance culture.

- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, automation, and optimum utilization of resources.

- Ensure effective coordination across Operations and support functions including HR, Finance, Technology, Quality, Fleet, SCM, T&D, and Marketing.

- Manage budgets and ensure strong financial discipline and compliance.

- Strengthen the organization's brand and reputation within the state.

- Identify new business opportunities, support tender participation, proposal development, project launch, and stabilization.

Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in managing large-scale operations/projects.

- Proven experience in leading large teams across multiple locations.

- Strong exposure to Government/PPP projects, stakeholder management, or tender-based businesses is preferred.

- Strong leadership, execution, financial management, and people development capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment.

Qualification:

MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Management.

Candidates from reputed institutions will be preferred.
