Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and offer negotiation. - Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and helping them navigate the hiring process smoothly. - Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and business-critical roles. - Collaborate with external recruitment partners as needed to support hiring needs. - Track and deliver on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity, and candidate experience. - Ensure an engaging, transparent, and professional experience for every candidate at every touchpoint. - Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and platforms to continuously improve workflows and efficiency. - Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance the hiring function and overall stakeholder experience.
