Guitcom - Manager - Business Finance & Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Conduct deal reviews and perform pricing analytics to support commercial decisions

- Manage revenue reconciliations and ensure accurate, timely recognition of revenue

- Translate customer contracts into invoicing schedules and revenue arrangements

- Lead revenue assurance activities and ensure integrity across business processes

- Apply appropriate accounting structures and costing techniques to all client assignments

- Oversee revenue contract commercial reviews and ensure compliance with policies

- Lead revenue automation initiatives and streamline operational workflows for clients, on various tools

- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and internal controls

- Develop and report on key revenue and operational metrics for management

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualisations

- Track and report KPIs and key industry metrics

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and consistently high-quality deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

- CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification required

- 4+ years' experience in business finance, operational analytics, or consulting

- Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding, accounting, costing methods, and revenue assurance

- Good understanding of KPIs and metrics for tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and services industries

- Experience with pricing models, deal modelling, and revenue contract review

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with overseas stakeholder interactions is a plus

- Organised and detail-oriented

- Experience with managing a team
