Guitcom - Manager - Business Finance & Operational Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyse financial and operational data, performing deep-dive analysis and identifying key business drivers

- Prepare dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using PowerBI, Zoho Analytics, Power Query and other tools

- Track and report KPIs and key industry metrics, with a focus on tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and services sectors

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and consistently high-quality deliverables

Revenue Process:

- Lead revenue assurance activities and ensure integrity across business processes

- Apply appropriate accounting structures and costing techniques to all client assignments

- Oversee revenue contract commercial reviews and ensure compliance with policies

- Assist clients with revenue cycle automation on various tools

Commercial & Deal Support:

- Develop and review pricing models and deal models for new business opportunities

- Conduct commercial review of revenue contracts and support deal structuring

- Collaborate with clients to address business challenges with data-driven solutions

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on analytics tools, industry trends, and best practices

- Mentor a team and oversee high-quality delivery and effective project management

- Drive process improvements and support adoption of advanced analytics within client teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

- CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification required

- 6+ years' experience in business finance, operational analytics, or consulting

- Strong knowledge of data analytics, dashboarding, accounting, costing methods, and revenue assurance

- Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics and Power Query

- Good understanding of KPIs and metrics for tech, e-commerce, SaaS, and services industries

- Experience with pricing models, deal modelling, and revenue contract review

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with overseas stakeholder interactions is a plus

- Organised and detail-oriented

- Experience with managing a team
