
Role
- Lead and manage an offshore team delivering audit and assurance services to clients in the North America region.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and review of assurance engagements, ensure compliance with US and Canadian accounting and auditing standards, and maintain quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with onshore teams, provide technical guidance to team members, and contribute to process improvements and team development.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 years' experience in audit/assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience working with North American clients or in US/Canadian audit environments preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Canadian GAAP, and related auditing standards
- Excellent communication, team management, and client service skills
