Guitcom - Finance Controller - Manufacturing Sector

Role is for an Indian manufacturing entity which is part of a global group

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor ongoing finance operations, treasury, accounting and compliance activities

- Compile and analyse monthly financial statements and MIS

- Deliver annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses

- Oversee year-end reporting, audit coordination, and statutory compliance

- Administer SAP B1 ERP system, including user roles and security

- Monitor stock levels, production/BOM costing, and KPIs; provide trend/exception reporting

- Lead cash management and cashflow forecasting

- Handle HR and Admin functions for the entity

- Provide financial partnership to GM and support other verticals as required

- Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed

- Candidates must mandatorily have prior experience of at least 5 years as a manager in a manufacturing organization.
