Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales (Primary Focus)
- Own the complete sales pipeline: lead tracking, proposal follow-ups, deal closures
- Drive revenue realization: ensure projects convert to cash (invoicing, collections, receivables)
- Manage client relationships and communication end-to-end
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and categories
Operations & Process
- Design and implement operational processes across projects
- Improve net margins through cost optimization and efficiency
- Build vendor management systems and develop new vendor relationships
- Create SOPs for repeatable excellence
- Productization of Services to create scalable solutions
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate across design team, vendors, and clients
- Support hiring and team building as we scale
- Manage external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, partners)
Brand & Growth
- Support social media presence and brand management initiatives
- Contribute to R&D efforts for new product/service categories
- Track metrics and report on business health
