What is the role?

Vice President - Executive Division: The following are the four pillars that steer VP Executive Division daily activities, playing a crucial role in our organizational success

Ideal Candidate:

1. Candidate with Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance, or related field) are preferred

2. An experience in Consulting at Big4 or Accounting Firms is perferred.

3. Candidate should have 2-5 years of relevant experience with CFP pursuing or NISM Investment Advisory-A & B tests.

4. Candidates with CA or CFP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Pillar 1: Business Growth:

- Develop and implement referrals from clients.

- Expand service offerings and increase AUM from existing clients.

- Build trust and credibility through effective communication.

Pillar 2 : Client Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and preferences.

- Address client enquiries and concerns promptly

Pillar 3 : Research:

- Track the performance of invested funds.

- Attend fund manager calls to reconcile internal research with their opinions and understand the framework.

Salary Range: 14-20 lac pa ( excluding bonus & Incentives)

Mode of work: Work from office (5 days a week)

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Bond: 2 years
