The Opportunity:

We are looking for a commercially driven GTM leader to build and scale our Forward Deployed AI Engineering business across global markets. The role combines enterprise sales, solution discovery and customer engagement - helping financial institutions and technology companies identify high-value workflows and deploy AI-powered solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute the FDE go-to-market strategy across India and international markets.

- Develop opportunities with financial institutions, AI companies, technology vendors and consulting/SI partners.

- Lead enterprise discovery to identify workflows, business challenges and AI adoption opportunities.

- Partner with engineering and product teams to shape solutions, proposals, pilots and paid discovery engagements.

- Build relationships with senior business, technology and transformation leaders.

- Own pipeline development, deal progression, commercial negotiations and revenue outcomes.

- Develop strategic partnerships and represent the organization at industry forums.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience in enterprise technology sales, GTM, consulting or strategic business development.

- Experience selling AI, data, automation, digital transformation or complex software solutions.

- Strong enterprise relationships across BFSI, financial services or technology ecosystems.

- Ability to translate business problems into technology-led solutions and commercial proposals.

- Experience working with product and engineering teams to shape customer engagements.

- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
