The engagement focuses on driving strategic interventions across go-to-market planning, product launches, and PMO execution to accelerate market impact The firm is seeking an experienced consultant to play a hands-on role in shaping and executing business strategies for the client. You will directly influence key decisions across product launch planning, market entry strategies, and implementation tracking-contributing to the client's next phase of growth in the Indian pharma landscape Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches in the Indian pharmaceutical market - Support development of commercial growth strategies tailored to Indian regulatory and market dynamics - Drive and manage workstreams within a centralized PMO, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals - Collaborate closely with client's commercial, marketing, and product teams to co-create actionable plans - Monitor performance metrics and suggest course-corrections based on on-ground insights and data - Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across client and consulting firm teams to ensure seamless execution Your Background: - 3-5 years of consulting or strategic execution experience, with a strong focus on the Indian pharmaceutical sector - Proven experience in leading or supporting GTM planning, product launches, and/or PMO for pharma clients - Familiarity with Indian market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and growth levers within the pharma space - Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments The engagement is based in Mumbai, and the consultant is expected to work on-site in Mumbai for the entire duration of the project. The initial contract duration is 06 months, with a strong possibility of extension up to 18 months based on performance and project continuity
