Job Description : - Thorough knowledge of Ind AS - Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements as per Ind AS - Co-ordinating with Statutory auditor, Internal auditor, Tax auditor and resolving their queries - Preparation of Annual report and XBRL filing review. - Month end accounts closure, Inter-company transactions, Payroll processing, MIS preparation, Variance Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, KPI analysis. - Income Tax - Provisions of TDS, Deferred Tax, MAT - GST - Knowledge on ITC, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual return, GST refund, Reverse charge (RCM) - Knowledge of FEMA compliances, SEBI regulations for listed companies etc. - Any other requirement from the management.
