GSR Business Services - SAP ISU Role

Desired Profile:

1. Hands-on experience with IS-U Billing/Invoicing.

2. Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, testing, cutover, and support

3. Knowledge of Technical Master Data, Billing Master Data, Billing Engine etc.

4. Good knowledge of configuration of Dynamic Period Control, Back Billing, New Variant Configuration/Development and Installation Grouping based Billing.

5. Very good knowledge of IS Utility Billing Engine & Integration with Device Management and FI-CA.

6. Understanding of other integrated areas of Billing and Customer Service (CS)

Job Description - Implementation and enhancement of SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing functionalities

- Hands-on involvement in all phases of implementation

- Interact closely with end-user to improve adoption and uncover opportunities for enhancements and innovations

- Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing modules.

- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

- Act with business team for troubleshooting, investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.

- Document functional designs, test cases and results.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

- Provide consulting services on both new required implementations and existing support requirements.

- Provide training and user support as per the requirement.

Education Qualifications BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA
