Job Description:

We are looking for highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Specialists to join our Corporate team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, improving reporting systems, and supporting strategic decision-making for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales performance trends and conduct inventory efficiency assessments through stock vs. sales aging analysis.

- Prepare growth comparison reports, achievement metrics, and dashboards with insightful data visualizations for management.

- Review daily business reports to identify anomalies and highlight operational issues.

- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical reports for strategic decision-making.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication with Sales, Audit, IT, and Operations teams.

- Assist senior leadership team in organizing and coordinating key management decisions &meetings.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools

- Familiarity with AI-based tools and automation platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Eligibility:

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or any similar finance qualification.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses.
