Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management. The role involves product development, market analysis, forecasting, pricing strategy, product demonstrations, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure business growth and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management & Strategy
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
2. Product Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales, Marketing) for new product development.
- Translate market requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare demand forecasts based on market trends and sales data.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Pricing & Profitability
- Develop pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning.
- Ensure margin optimization and profitability targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews.
5. Product Demonstration & Training
- Conduct product demonstrations for key customers and stakeholders.
- Support sales teams with technical presentations and product knowledge.
- Deliver structured product training programs for internal teams and channel partners.
6. Customer Feedback & Improvement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features.
- Work closely with customer support and sales teams to address market concerns.
- Drive product enhancements based on real-time insights.
