Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Tech Lead with strong exposure to SAP ECC and SAP HANA, preferably with experience across both SAP consulting and manufacturing environments. The role will be responsible for translating business processes into effective SAP solutions, leading SAP implementation and testing initiatives, and supporting the organization's transition from ECC to SAP HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage SAP technical and functional initiatives in alignment with business requirements.

- Understand existing business processes and effectively replicate and optimize them within the SAP system.

- Work across multiple SAP modules, including MM, PP, OM, SD and FI.

- Provide technical and functional guidance to business users and internal IT teams.

- Lead SAP-related projects, including implementation, enhancement, testing and process improvement initiatives.

- Plan and execute SAP test projects, including coordination with business stakeholders and relevant technical teams.

- Support and drive SAP ECC to SAP HANA migration-transformation initiatives.

- Identify gaps between business requirements and existing SAP processes and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with SAP consultants, implementation partners and internal stakeholders for successful project execution.

- Ensure SAP solutions are aligned with manufacturing processes and business objectives.

- Provide leadership, mentoring and direction to SAP team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP HANA.

- Experience working across multiple SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, OM, SD and FI.

- Proven experience in SAP ECC to HANA migration-transformation.

- Experience in SAP testing and project execution.

- Previous experience in both SAP consulting and manufacturing organizations will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and their integration with SAP.
