Job Title: Head Sales (Power Tools)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 12 TO 18 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Head Sales strictly from the Power Tools industry to lead and scale our business across India. This role requires deep domain expertise in professional power tools, strong channel leadership, and a proven track record of delivering high-growth sales in this segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Growth
- Drive national sales strategy specifically for Power Tools (corded, cordless, accessories)
- Deliver aggressive revenue and market share growth in professional and industrial segments
2. Channel & Dealer Network
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network specializing in power tools retail and industrial supply chains
- Strengthen relationships with tool dealers, hardware networks, and institutional buyers
3. Institutional & Project Sales
- Drive sales across construction companies, infrastructure projects, fabrication units, and manufacturing clients
- Build long-term partnerships with OEMs and large contractors
4. Team Leadership
- Lead regional sales teams with strong experience in tools distribution and channel sales
- Set clear KPIs and ensure high-performance delivery
5. Product & Market Expertise
- Leverage strong understanding of power tools applications (drilling, cutting, grinding, fastening, etc.)
- Track competitor brands, pricing, and product positioning
Key Requirements
- MBA / Engineering preferred (Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred)
- 12 TO 18 years of relevant experience in Power Tools industry ONLY
- Proven track record in handling dealer/distributor networks in tools segment
- Strong exposure to B2B + channel sales in industrial tools ecosystem
- Experience managing large teams and multi-region operations
Preferred Background
- Experience with reputed Power Tools brands or industrial tools companies
- Strong connect with hardware dealers, industrial distributors, and project buyers
