As part of our growth, were looking for a Content Marketer who can turn complex GTM ideas into content that actually moves pipeline.
What Youll Do
Content Planning & Strategy:
- Own monthly content calendars across channels newsletters, LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, etc.
- Translate GTM, CRM, and RevOps topics into simple, actionable content.
- Work closely with growth, sales, and partner teams to align content with pipeline priorities.
Content Creation & Repurposing:
- Write high-quality blogs, email drips, landing pages, playbooks, and LinkedIn posts.
- Convert internal docs, client wins, founder POVs into public-facing content.
- Repurpose content across channels (e.g., a case study becomes a carousel + email + blog).
SEO & Performance:
- Use tools like Semrush/Surfer/HubSpot to build SEO-focused pieces that also educate.
- Track content performance across HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn drive iterative improvements.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, website refreshes, partner co-marketing, and more.
What Were Looking For:
- 2-4 years of B2B content experience (SaaS, Fintech, Martech, or Agency).
- Clear, concise writing style you can explain complex topics without fluff.
- Hands-on with SEO and content tools (Semrush, Surfer, HubSpot).
- Comfortable writing in a founder-led, insight-driven tone (think: Josh Braun meets Animalz).
- Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or GTM frameworks like Bow-Tie, Jobs-to-be-Done, ABM.
