GrowthPal - Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a team from IITs, and IIMs, working in a digital investment banking space. We are a buy side focused M&A target sourcing partner for corporates that are looking to acquire companies globally. We have worked with 80+ clients and closed multiple deals. We are looking for an Investment Banking Senior Analyst who is passionate about solving buyers' problems and helping them close deals. Someone who wants to work and grow in a startup culture and grow with the company.

Job Description, include but is not limited to :

1) Own a few buy side mandates in IT Services / technology sector and be responsible for building "Ready to Transact" funnel for the client

2) Understand client's inorganic growth requirements, source companies accordingly and excite them about the opportunity and move it to the further stages

3) Build relationship with the targets and nurture them over the time

4) Follow best practises and automations and ensure client delivery

Preferred experience :

1) 1-4 years of work experience in Investment Banking space (preferable in IT services or Technology Domain)

Salary : As per industry standards
