Role Overview:

The Investor Relations professional will serve as the primary conduit between our clients and the institutional investment community. This role involves crafting compelling investment narratives, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring that financial performance is accurately and strategically articulated to investors. You will work closely with senior leadership and client management teams to drive capital market engagement, ensuring that the firm's advisory mandates are supported by robust financial storytelling and transparent reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance client visibility and credibility within the capital markets.

- Construct detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment pitches and strategic decision-making for clients.

- Prepare high-impact investor presentations, quarterly earnings materials, and annual reports that clearly communicate financial performance and growth prospects.

- Monitor and analyze equity research reports and market trends to provide actionable intelligence to client management teams.

- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and existing or prospective investors, including managing roadshows, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings.

- Maintain rigorous financial reporting standards to ensure compliance and transparency in all investor-facing documentation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with a strong grasp of corporate finance principles and capital market dynamics.

- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse stakeholder groups.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and internal leadership.

- Proficiency in conducting deep-dive equity research and translating market insights into strategic advisory recommendations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for drafting high-quality reports and delivering professional presentations.

- A background in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance is highly preferred, with a minimum of 3 years and up to 9 years of relevant professional experience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, managing multiple high-stakes mandates simultaneously.
