Growth Strategist

About the Role
The Growth Strategist will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives to achieve exponential revenue and user growth for the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand.
This role requires a data-driven approach, a deep understanding of the consumer journey, and a knack for experimenting with new acquisition and retention channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Roadmap: Develop the overarching 12-18 month growth strategy, spanning user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and lead rapid, high-velocity A/B tests across product features, marketing channels, and pricing strategies to optimize key conversion metrics.
- Data Analysis: Work closely with the Data Science team to analyze complex customer behavior data, identify high-leverage growth opportunities, and create predictive models for customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Channel Strategy: Evaluate and launch new customer acquisition channels (e.g., new social platforms, partnerships, affiliate programs) and optimize the performance and ROI of existing channels (SEM, Paid Social).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate growth hypotheses into executable product/marketing features and campaigns.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and macro consumer trends to ensure the brand maintains a competitive edge and explores new market segments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Full-time MBA/PGDM (preferred specializations: Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics).
- Experience: 3-6 years of post-MBA experience in a dedicated Growth, Strategy, or Product Marketing role, preferably within a D2C, E-commerce, or high-growth startup environment.
- Hard Skills: High proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, or similar BI/Analytics tools.
- Proven experience managing large budgets and optimizing campaigns based on CPA and CLV.
- Soft Skills: Innate curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, highly analytical, excellent communication skills for synthesizing complex data into clear strategic recommendationsDidn’t find the job appropriate? Report this Job
