
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and execute email campaigns end-to-end - from brief creation to deployment and performance reporting.
- User Acquisition: Manage and grow user acquisition through affiliates, referrals, and partnerships by finding partners, running campaigns, tracking performance, and working with other teams to boost results.
- Platform Management: Operate and manage MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms to run email and push notification campaigns.
- Growth Metrics: Track key growth KPIs such as Website traffic, user acquisition, email click/ open rates, and retention. Identify patterns, optimize accordingly, and share actionable insights.
- Audience Segmentation: Leverage advanced segmentation, personalization, and automation tools to deliver targeted and relevant communication.
- Scheduling & Timeliness: Ensure email campaigns are scheduled and sent out as per plan with zero delays or errors.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign results, prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, and suggest improvements based on data.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or user acquisition & retention.
- Hands-on experience with MoEngage, Netcore, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of email marketing, user journeys, customer segmentation, and marketing automation strategies.
- Experience with affiliate networks, referral programs, and partnership marketing.
- Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
