Job Responsibilities:

- Own and drive key business metrics, by generating revenue from ad solutions.

- Deep expertise in mobile/web publisher ad solutions to tailor recommendations for businesses of various products and objectives.

- Lead strategic conversations with partners and manage complex, end-to-end relationships.

- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements with both publishers and agency partners.

- Recruit new ad publishers and maintain a robust pipeline of media partners.

- Present media plans and ad solutions to C-level executives and in-house senior management.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, develop, and launch innovative advertising solutions for key products.

- Work closely with the Marketing Head to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achievement of performance outcomes.

- Provide continuous feedback to publisher teams to enhance overall ad performance and customer experience.

Desired Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, preferably digital, managing large or enterprise clients

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- High bias for action with a results-driven mindset

- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while balancing tight timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
