Roles & Responsibilities - Manage the PnL of your programs end-to-end. You will drive revenue and scale the programs. - Research and launch impactful programs to help our learners upskill and achieve their goals. - Maintaining cross-functional relationships and coordinating with operations, community, content, marketing teams, and sales, ensuring program efficiency. - Manage reporting and tracking of metrics. Provide transparency and communication to key business & product stakeholders around program status, risks, and change management. - Flexibility to navigate changing priorities and adapt to shifting circumstances with ease Your typical day at GrowthSchool: - You will be responsible for the PnL of your programs so ensuring that the sales and performance team are enabled with all the resources they require. Develop timelines, budget, teams, and plan for your programs. - You will talk to brilliant mentors and work with them to design the content and curriculum to build programs for aspiring learners. - You will talk to performance marketing and give inputs to identify the target persona of the program; the design team to give essential inputs on landing pages and provide the content team with the primary content that 1000s of daily visitors see. - You will help the mentors in recording content and designing the delivery to ensure a great learning experience. - You will work with the operations and community team to understand learner feedback and make changes to the curriculum in an agile manner. - You will work with a highly energetic team and chill with us occasionally over a game of pool. - The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to communicate effectively with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act promptly to mitigate any issues. Key skills: 1. 2 to 6 years of program management and operations experience, preferably in edutech 2. Excellent communication, written, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail. 3. Business intelligence around best practices and latest trends. 4. Working in startups is a plus.
