About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in HR Tech, SaaS sales, or HR tools (e.g., Zoho, ATS, HR platforms), who thrives on building relationships and converting leads into paying customers.

The primary focus will be on outbound and inbound sales activitiesphone calls, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and demo bookings.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with the goal of consistently achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through phone calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

- Qualify leads and set up product demos with potential clients.

- Conduct demos and follow-ups, addressing customer needs and pain points.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

- Maintain detailed activity records and pipeline updates in the CRM (Zoho or similar).

- Report on sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally in HR Tech, SaaS, or related industries.

- Experience with Zoho Sales CRM or other HR software sales is a strong plus.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Portfolio of past sales performance or closed deals is highly valued (priority given to candidates who can demonstrate results).

Preferred Background

- Prior sales experience in HR Tech platforms (ATS, recruitment tools, HR management systems).

- Ability to adapt messaging for different stakeholders (CEOs, HR Managers, Recruiters).

- Comfortable with consultative selling and long-cycle B2B deals.
