Growth Product Manager
2-4 years experience
About the Role
- We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who is deeply analytical, customer-obsessed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
- You will own growth levers across the user journey - from early engagement to activation to retention - and drive measurable business impact through experimentation and product iteration.
- This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to identify opportunities, form hypotheses, ship experiments, and learn fast.
Responsibilities :
- Own and drive key growth metrics across the user lifecycle - identify bottlenecks, design interventions, and measure impact
- Develop a vision and roadmap for your product area aligned with next phase of growth
- Drive execution on the roadmap in close partnership with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Collect user insights and behavior data to identify growth opportunities - not just build what's requested
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests, phased rollouts) with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and kill criteria
- Dig into data to understand what is happening, why, and what to do about it - you are expected to pull and analyze data yourself, not wait for an analyst
- Communicate clearly and confidently - write crisp briefs, present findings to leadership, and align stakeholders around priorities
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of hands-on product management experience in a consumer internet or fintech environment
- Demonstrated track record of moving a growth or business metric - not just shipping features, - but driving measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking - comfortable with data, metrics decomposition, cohort analysis, and experiment design
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools, SQL, and A/B testing platforms
- Ability to think from first principles about user problems and connect product decisions to business impact
- Comfortable figuring things out without detailed playbooks - you don't need process to be productive
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills - both written and verbal
Good to Have :
- Experience with trading/brokerage platforms
- Experience building or improving activation, referral, or retention loops
- Prior startup experience (sub-100 people)
