Role- Growth Product Leader
Location - Delhi / Mumbai
Preferred Companies - Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket or similar food/grocery delivery platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the product-led growth charter across the funnel - acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, referrals, and monetization.
2. Own the P&L for the growth vertical - drive revenue while maintaining cost efficiency and strong unit economics.
3. Conceptualize and execute high-impact growth experiments and product interventions based on user insights and data.
4. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, category, and CX teams to deliver cohesive and scalable growth solutions.
5. Design and optimize user journeys, reducing drop-offs and enhancing engagement and LTV.
6. Build and scale referral programs, upsell mechanisms, and retention features.
7. Monitor and manage key performance metrics - traffic, conversion, CAC, payback, CLTV, churn, and more.
8. Stay ahead of growth trends in D2C, consumer tech, and digital commerce to bring best practices into the organization.
Requirements:
1. 6-10 years of experience in growth, product management, or a related role with a strong focus on revenue and performance metrics.
2. Prior P&L ownership or demonstrated accountability for revenue and profitability is a must.
3. Strong analytical foundation - hands-on with data, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
4. Experience in a fast-scaling B2C environment (e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech).
5. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business outcomes.
Strong bias for action, experimentation, and first-principles thinking.
