Our technology is disrupting the traditional commercial insurance sector by transforming unstructured data into actionable insights for risk assessment, significantly reducing manual effort and driving faster, more accurate decisions for carriers and MGAs. We are currently experiencing explosive growth in the B2B SaaS space.
The Role
We're looking for an analytical and ambitious Growth/Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our user acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact, data-driven role where you will manage multi-million rupee budgets, drive conversion, and directly contribute to the company's revenue growth. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing, data science, and product, focusing relentlessly on LTV:CAC (Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost) in a B2B SaaS environment.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Campaign Ownership:
- Plan, execute, and manage high-scale B2B performance campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Industry-Specific Publications, Affiliate networks).
- Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels to hit ambitious CPA and ROI targets specific to enterprise/commercial client acquisition.
Experimentation & A/B Testing:
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and creatives to continuously improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed dashboards to track key metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, ROAS). Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Tech & Automation:
- Work with the engineering/product team to improve marketing tech stack, reporting infrastructure, and automation of lead-to-opportunity workflows.
What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience)
Education: MBA/PGDM from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, etc.)
Strongly preferred Experience:
- 1-4 years in a high-growth environment, preferably in a B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or FinTech company.
- Data Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Web/App Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Channel Expertise:
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and driving efficiency on at least two major performance channels, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Google SEM/PPC.
Mindset: A strong bias for action, a deep passion for data, and a "test and learn" mentality in a rapid-growth environment.
