The Role:

As our Marketing Specialist, youll be a one-person growth engine managing end-to-end B2B, growth marketing, and demand-led marketing initiatives.

From brand building and high-converting campaigns to AI-driven experimentation if you love solving real problems and turning ideas into execution, wed love to talk!

What Youll Do:

- Build and execute strategic marketing roadmaps for Indian corporates

- Lead integrated campaigns email, LinkedIn, webinars, performance marketing & more

- Drive growth marketing and demand generation initiatives to fuel pipeline creation

- Create compelling content blogs, case studies, landing pages, video scripts

- Optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), SEO/SEM, and web analytics

- Use AI tools for automation, content creation, and performance insights

- Strengthen brand presence through thought leadership & category positioning

Who You Are:

- 2 - 5 years experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or Fintech preferred)

- Hands-on, resourceful, and strong in execution

- Strong communicator with a growth mindset

- Hustler who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setups
