Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to achieve ambitious user acquisition and revenue targets.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates at each stage for prospective customers.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, and email to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across various marketing channels and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience for potential and existing users.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for product-led growth and implement strategies to drive user activation and retention for all users.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and present insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimize marketing spend for the leadership team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation for the company.
