We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across our digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics, with a strong focus on building scalable growth engines.
The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and experimentation, and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition:
- Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid, organic, partnerships)
- Optimize performance across channels like Google, Meta, affiliates, and programmatic
- Drive cost-efficient user growth with strong ROI focus
Data & Experimentation:
- Own and track key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel performance
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
Lifecycle & Retention:
- Design and execute user lifecycle journeys (onboarding, engagement, reactivation)
- Work on CRM campaigns (email, push, WhatsApp, in-app messaging)
- Improve retention and reduce churn through targeted interventions
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
- Align growth initiatives with product roadmap and user experience
- Collaborate with design and content teams for campaign execution
Funnel Optimization:
- Analyze user journeys and identify drop-off points
- Improve activation and conversion across key funnels
- Build scalable growth loops and referral mechanisms
Key Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing / performance marketing, preferably in fintech or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in payments, lending, or neobank products
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
