Description:

Role Overview:

- Own end-to-end e-commerce (Website + App) performance

- Drive traffic, conversion, revenue, margins & retention

- Manage growth, operations & customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Website & App Management:

- Manage website & app with Shopify/development agencies

- Improve conversion rate, UX & overall performance

- Monitor traffic, AOV, cart abandonment, orders (daily)

- Ensure fast load time, uptime & seamless mobile experience

- Run A/B tests (homepage, CTAs, checkout, product pages)

Growth & Performance Marketing:

- Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

- Drive customer acquisition, retention & revenue growth

- Optimize ROAS, bids, targeting & campaigns

- Analyze data to find growth opportunities

- Improve conversion funnel & ROI

Revenue & Analytics:

- Track daily metrics: conversion, AOV, revenue

- Do revenue forecasting & trend analysis

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI

- Optimize unit economics (CAC, LTV, margins)

Customer Retention & CRM:

- Do customer segmentation (RFM analysis)

- Improve repeat purchases & LTV

- Run email marketing (nurture, upsell, retention)

- Build & manage loyalty programs

- Personalize customer experience

Operations & Coordination:

- Work with marketing, ops, fulfilment & customer support teams

- Manage inventory sync, payments & reporting

- Coordinate with external agencies (web + performance)

- Ensure smooth order processing & delivery experience

Reporting & Stakeholder Management:

- Track & review website + campaign performance

- Review agency reports (ROAS, performance metrics)

- Conduct weekly syncs with internal teams & stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

- 6-10 years in D2C / E-commerce / Growth roles

- Strong data-driven & analytical mindset

- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms

- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4

- Knowledge of performance marketing & CRM

- Strong business acumen & revenue ownership

Nice to Have:

- Experience in luxury / premium brands

- Tools like Tableau / Data Studio

- Home furnishings or similar category experience
