Role Overview

We are seeking a result oriented & self-motivated Growth Manager to spearhead the growth of packaged foods through the company website & E-Commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in performance & growth marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling D2C businesses. They must exhibit comfort and capability in scaling up a business from scratch, ensuring operational excellence and seamless cross-functional collaborations across internal & external partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Growth Strategies: Create and execute innovative and data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the company website (Shopify) & E-Commerce marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Swiggy Instamart & Zepto).

2. Lead Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Analyze metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and maximize RoAS.

3. Elevate User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition by implementing effective user acquisition strategies, leveraging both traditional and cutting-edge acquisition channels, while staying abreast of industry trends.

4. Optimize Customer Lifecycle: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, nurturing a loyal customer base through effective engagement and retention tactics.

5. Manage budgets effectively, optimizing marketing spends while delivering impactful results and achieving ROI targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on D2C brands within the packaged foods sector. Experience with quick commerce platforms is a bonus.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling up brands, driving growth and profitability.

- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of setting up and scaling a business from inception.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams effectively.

This role will be based in Mumbai and we work from office, 5 days a week.
